Casper Wu is a pale, ugly and clever nurse from the city. His life is going nowhere until he meets Charlotte Johnson, a hot, flabby woman with a passion for life.

Casper takes an instant disliking to Charlotte and the forgetful and clumsy ways she learnt during her years in England.

However, when a hooligan tries to devour Casper, Charlotte springs to the rescue. Casper begins to notices that Charlotte is actually rather intuitive at heart.
